In any of the circumstances mentioned below, we are fully committed to cooperating with our customers to reach a fair and amicable resolution that benefits all parties involved.
Damaged Products:
- Notify Tailam within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@tailam.in
- Provide a photo of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and 2-3 clear images or video of the damaged product in that email.
- For orders containing multiple items, only the damaged product is eligible for return or replacement.
- Expect a response to your email within 24-48 hours, with complete support to follow.
Received Wrong Products:
- Notify Tailam within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@tailam.in
- Provide a photo of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and 1-2 clear images of the wrong product received in that email.
- In this case only wrong product will be given replacement with correct product as per order received to us.
- Expect a response to your email within 24-48 hours, with complete support to follow.
Returns and replacements will not be applicable if:
- The product is not intact with its original seal and in its original packaging.
- The product is used.
- Variations in appearance, color or aroma as these variations are inherent in all natural products. This is due to the reason that our products are completely made with best natural ingredients and production process without any compromise in it. Hence no two batches will be identical.
Cancellation
- If the order is confirmed or shipped, then cancellation request will not be accepted.
- Top of FormTailam reserves the right to cancel or reject any order placed for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues identified with the customer's personal or financial details provided.
Please remember that Tailam values each customer and seeks to resolve any product issues fairly and amicably, ensuring that our natural quality standards are always met.
Refunds
- If a cancellation request is accepted, you are eligible to get a refund of the entire amount.
- In case of returns, once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. After the inspection, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not.
- In above both the cases, if the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please note that, generally it takes 6-7 working days to reflect this amount.
